Eric Fischesser understands firsthand the effects of poor financial guidance. At a young age, several of his family members worked with financial advisors who did not have their best interests in mind and, as a result, their finances suffered. As he studied finance in school, he realized he wanted to become an honest financial advisor who clients could trust to provide objective advice. Today, as a co-founder of Aviator Investment Management and an independent financial advisor with nearly two decades of experience, he remains committed to helping pilots improve their financial life and pursue security for themselves and their families.
Eric launched his career in the finance industry as a commodities broker with APB Energy (now known as ICAP). While he enjoyed working in finance, he wanted to enter the world of personal finance and have an impact on families. He transitioned to become an independent advisor to work more closely with clients and provide unbiased recommendations. He founded Aviator Investment Management with his business partner, Wyatt Stedman, to focus on providing financial planning and investment management to pilots.
Eric holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities registrations, as well as life and health insurance licenses. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the University of Kentucky. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner, he has fulfilled rigorous education and experience requirements set by the CFP Board. He is committed to always putting clients’ interests first and upholds a high level of ethics, objectivity, and professionalism.
Eric was born and raised in Cincinnati and currently resides in Louisville, Kentucky. Outside of the office, he spends much of his time with his family and enjoys Crossfit, kickboxing, and staying active.
